I’m inclined to agree. Her stepping doesn’t necessarily mean Biden gets an appointment. It means a lot of chicanery is going to come into play to try to give Trump a day one appointment. We don’t know if it’ll succeed, but they’ll try.
Imagine if Biden had the guts to stuff SCOTUS like a clown car.
