minus-squareover_clox@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·11 hours agoIts been a while, but hospitals used to use dot matrix printers, at least up through 2013, likely longer. Why dot-matrix? Carbon copy papers, white, yellow, pink, all get printed simultaneously.
I’m old enough to remember when printers didn’t need drivers.
