Smells more like you are here for the exit, actually. At some point all of these fancy productivity apps are just exit scams when they “sunset” and sell out like this. Because the app or feature structure never ends up in the buyers product. The advantage of the small company doing their own thing is smashed on the rocks.

Lol. So it really was always about the exit, there likely never was a plan to make it self-sufficient. That’s why I don’t use stuff like this, it’s all going to change once they get an interested buyer.
