      Multiple failures?

      The first, and only, truly reusable rocket, launching at rate unapproached, landing like Buck Rogers, is now a failure.

      The ideological possession is astounding.

    Von Braun was also a nazi. Whether by concivtion or by opportunism isn’t sure.

        I would probably not have been openly speaking out against the nazi’s in germany during the height of the war, but joining their ranks to advance my career is another point. Maybe I would if I was given the opportunity. Given his status as a rocketscientist, I can imagine that’s exactly the opportunity that Von Braun was offered.
