I’m sure it’s fine. Without question it’s had to be reinforced, probably several times over. I’ve walked into places like the oldest bar in North America and been like “wow, sagging and leaning joists that actually make me nervous but I can see they’ve bolted numerous steel plates to it all” - this stuff has to be certified safe by the jurisdiction, so it’s not as bad as it might seem to look at it.
