Dems had a choice between the progressive wing (Bernie Sanders, etc), versus corporate Dems, but in the end money won and constituents lost.

    Not wrong there…

But it also doesn’t mean Republicans are any better.

Who is the progressive wing of the Republican party again? Is it the Jewish space laser lady? The Beetlejuice jerker? The pedophile?

Sorry, that last one was too vague. That could apply to dozens of them.

There is an alternate universe where the DNC didn’t fuck bernie in 2016 and Trump wasn’t the 45th and probs wouldn’t be the 47th either

Yeah, that’s true. But going on to say ‘therefore support Trump’ is … not good.

I think it’s unwise for Proton to try to support any political party. Agreeing or disagreeing with decisions and policies is fair and good; but to say “this is the party who supports the little guy” is a bullshit and unnecessarily divisive.

Both times, just like the other times, the candidate they chose won the popular vote on primaries. Your idea that they were unpopular go directly against the only available way to actually check the popularity of the candidate.
Voting population of the US is just deeply racist, sexist, and stupid, but that’s besides the point.

Well, the rest of the voting polulation looked at the state of what’s going on, and decided that not voting against racist rapist is a good idea, so they are just as culpable.
As to the people who are voting in democratic primaries, those are what, 10%? That’s even more pathetic.
