    I haven’t read the article I admit, but I’m thinking that they should be made to restore it all to its former glory as well as the fine.

    No no no! If CORPORATIONS have to Pay to Clean Up their CATASTROPHIC MESSES then they WONT Invest in the US and create LAYOFFS Jobs! We need TAXPAYERS to Clean this Up and I KNOW we can Afford it because I don’t have my Social Security anymore!
