I usualy make around 200g… just for myself. It’s not thaat crazy. I now a lot of people who do so.
I’m a relatively thin dude. But to be fair I do a lot of sports (although I have been injured for the past 3 month and haven’t stopped eating that much)
I think it just realy depends on how effectively your body handles the food and therefore atrongly varies from person to person.
