We had better things to do than watch TV. We were all being beaten and molested by relatives.

The internet that we invented was a good internet. It’s only later on it became a place for misinformation and adverts.

We see corporations fuck up this world more and more every day and yet the powers that be just let it happen. I dunno man. This capitalist democracy thing just ain’t working. Maybe it’s time to try something else.

The internet didn’t ruin society. It was the algorithms used to manipulate news feeds to drive profit on the internet that really hurt society. The internet was invented by the baby boomers, this was like inventing the modern printing press that allowed people to share information. GenX made Web 2.0 and basic social media… now we have a bunch of user generated content, which isn’t great, but also isn’t terrible. Millennials used the algorithms to manipulate the feeds, drive profit… this is where things started going bad. Now the Millennials and GenZ are going to turn that up to 11 with more AI. The gamification of websites and idea that keeping people angry would keep them on the site longer were both horrible for society.
