If I understand correctly, transmogs are account wide, and seasonal characters are deleted. Is this correct? And if so, would it be a good idea to salvage everything on my to-be-lost seasonal character for transmits?

    I assume you are talking about D4’s next season since D3 will not have any more seasons and D2R already started a new season…

    Incorrect – Seasonal characters will not be deleted; they will revert to being an eternal realm character, but, any seasonal specific items or Seasonal attributes / aspects, will disappear. Even if you are currently maxed on character slots, you still will not lose the seasonal character because Blizzard is giving every account +2 character slots at the end of the Season (start of the next season on Oct. 17th)

    If you do have seasonal items that you know will disappear, better to salvage or sell those though if you are done playing

      Iirc D3 will have new seasons. Sure they are going to loop the old seasons, but the seasons will be there.

      Yes, you are right, I am taking about D4 and its upcoming new season. Thanks for clarifying, I will not go ballistic and salvage everything then 😀
