Almost certainly not. It doesn’t sound like he was here on a diplomatic mission, so it wouldn’t apply.

Edit: Yes, he is just going back to Israel though. Thought I’d clear that up. Out on bail, probably never to return for his case. He doesn’t have diplomatic immunity. He was just let go with no punishment or reason.
