    What does this say an immigrant has a permit? If you’d whipe out the cartels how much drugs would still be entering the US? How many gringos work for smuggling? The article is implying something that doesn’t work when you deconstruct the language used. Immigrants meant to imply Mexicans? Yes? No? What is a US citizen anyway?
