Politicians like New York Gov. Kathy Hochul like to say that kicking healthy people off Medicaid saves money. That’s bullshit.
Finally flipped and the cart is now pulling the horse. Didn’t we create all of this for the benefit of humanity and the forward positive progression of society? We made up a thing that is not real and currently has very little value (money) and we worship it like it’s the second coming. Now we are further weakening this made up construct by adding “crypto”, “bitcoin” and various “points” schemes that retailers currently push. It’s madness. Add an easy manipulated “stock market” and meaninglessness turns into absurd chaos! Rant over.
They know that kicking people off Medicaid will cause people to die.
They don’t care.
These people should never be in the government let alone any position over the welfare of other human beings.

I agree with this for the most part, but there are other ways. Like stopping companies from making people go to the doctor to get a sick note for their virus, stop making people get referrals from a primary care doctor instead of just going to the place they need to go to first, or letting the government negotiate drug prices.
