Use a VPN and set your location to turkey. It’s ~$15-20 for the year. You never have to use the VPN again once you’ve purchased the subscription

Huh, it worked fine for me, but this was maybe ~3 months ago.
You could probably use Wise, but why bother.
India is even cheaper. I pay 1$ a month.
