Given the way things are going in the US, I was afraid this meant the judge thought that the penalty was too high.

I’m glad to see it’s the opposite and the judge acknowledges that on many occasions the class action members get the short end of the deal.

Edit: or maybe Disney money made it to the judge to set a precedent 😬
