He was on suicide watch and was supposed to have a roommate. Trump’s DOJ just had to make sure sleepy overworked overtime guards were on duty, and no roommate for Jeff. His last gift to Jeff not having to face any consequences, and Trump not having him as a witness. They both won.
Not that I disagree with you, but I feel like that’s splitting hairs; if you know someone is actively trying to kill themselves, and you use your power to make sure nothing is preventing them from doing so, to me that’s murder.
