The worst are the landlords that own multiple units, and when anything goes wrong they tell their tenants to call me, the building super.
I have to remind those landlords that I’m the super for the corporation, and they’re the super, manager, handyman, administrator for their own units. Those landlords want to own like 10 properties and just collect the money.
If I were to become a serial killer I’d just visit apartments for rent and kill the most cancerous landlords.
