If the windows isn’t booting, it’s much easier to get a Linux thumb drive going then it is a windows one, especially if you want to add some extra diagnosis programs.
I think you may be lost. I have no objection to you being here (it’s not my place to gatekeep communities like this), but I have to wonder: surely there’s something else you could be doing that would make you happier?
