Our state agency just got new PCs due to the ending of windows 10 support, and it sucks because I have no way to turn off the AI bullshit because I’m not an admin. As much as I enjoy now having a machine with bluetooth so I can use earbuds, I’d go back to my old work PC in a heartbeat.

Just saying, you might have a sympathetic IT department. Stuff like that I’m more than happy to come and disable.
Hell, there are one or two of my users I make administrators of their machines, along with the advice to not do anything I wouldn’t do.
