Lately mine is:
Work until you don’t want to -> take a long walk -> repeat
Going out for walks does wonders for mental health I find.
True, but works better in this format:

I do also have a chaotic time management thing, I wake up, eat, shower, drink coffee then obsessively work until I burn out then scroll youtube/lemmy, go outside, touch grass, roll around in grass, then go back home, eat and scroll, obsessively work with coffee, then, toothbrush, then sleep!
Such a fun time.
