No joke in his situation probably. He had issues like not being able to take off for doctors. He spoke to HR and they said it was up to him and manager. Of course his next job there was known as THE WORST manager in the company. He left the company after that.
Had buddy at work that tried to convince us of this everyday at lunch. My god he hated his job.

nope. There was a union in the company but we weren’t members. Dude just really disliked his work. He had the worst bosses.
