I like the humor, but I always admire the sheer skill of this dude. Whose foot is that? It’s not just a simple copy paste of the other feet since they both have completely different angles. He had to make the shoe, foot and leg from the ground up.

Well, given the other leg does look different (ankles+line up leg) but the shoe looks fine I’m guessing he found the shoe and just used the model photo from the shoe. Maybe tinted a bit

To me, it looks like stable diffusion in-painting. The patterns in the floor between the two real legs have changes.

EDIT: I’m an idiot and didn’t realize doin’ 'shops was this dudes schtick. Ignore my AI comment.

If you get a chance, check out his other shops. This guy’s got a stupid amount of talent, and uses it for dumb jokes like this all the time.

Does he film these edits and post them somewhere?

These things are quite easy to fake. Just because someone has a talent doesn’t mean they can’t milk it with lots of fakes for the content machine.

The floor could just be some cloning. AI wouldn’t be this accurate with the details. Like the shape of the dress would have changed, now it’s just some moved dots.
