This is just nakedly the same way Europeans spoke of Africans at the height of the colonial era. Oh that’s good to know North Korea is allowed to participate in the modern world now. Last time I heard, government officials were making sure citizens didn’t even have hidden SD cards and anyone found with any technology or media whatsoever were put into prison labor camps and their families too.
