I also enjoy how the PRC stopping exports to the US “Strikes fear into the heart of the world they cannot make phones or laptops” and “The PRC never considered backlash” I would bet the PRC considered what flexing there dominance in the suply chain would do, and blocking the US is not the same as blocking the entire world, and lets not forget that this was a retaliation to a trade war the US started AND the rare earth seemed like it was put in place to be an easy bargoning chip
