Basically as the title says, but some context: I’d like to play PSP games on my switch, for old time’s sake. I do have a Miyoo Mini Plus, but that’s not powerful enough for those games. Since I have a Switch as well, I’d love to be able to use this instead of spending money on another device. I’ve tried looking it up already, but it was a bit of information overload to begin with (too much to process while already having a lot going on and working 7/7 the last few weeks). That’s why I ask here to get a few pointers and help from the community before I dive further into the online rabbit hole. My nostalgic desire to replay Chains of Olympus and Midnight Club 3 thanks you in advance!

tl;dr: can I emulate PSP games on my Nintendo Switch without modding it?

iPhone DOES have emulation options. Delta is one of the best emulators, but it can only do Nintendo (and only up to NDS and N64). We have RetroArch as well, but not all of the cores. Worth looking into.

For Android, I’ve heard good things about the latest Galaxy A phone. It’s around $200 USD, 4GB of RAM, and an Exynos processor that is supposed to be pretty good. Screen goes up to 90Hz, too, though it’s only 1080p. But I feel like $200 can buy a better handheld for emulating.

For the things iPhone can emulate, I already have my Miyoo Mini Plus, so got that covered!
