You’d think the constitution was a child the way Republicans are raping it.
Why are the I’s dotted? Is it implying that they are lowercase when all other letters are capitalized? Why is the dot higher up than the top of the capital letters, like its some kind of accent?
Why does the I in “GIVEN” not have a dot like the others???

It’s probably just the font but it looks like when people write English with a Turkish keyboard and it’s either lıke thıs or LİKE THİS
