Can’t they sanction USA with 19 packets of sanctions and send few hundred billion euros in cash and military equipment to Venezuela? They were saying formerly that this is their response to one country attacking another. The biggest hurdle to foreign intervention is that Gilead has significant weapons - it’s entirely possible that they just don’t think they’d be successful.
The EU had no issue with vastly worse violations of international law in Palestine, not sure why you’d expect them to be any different about something much more mild by comparison.
Sure would be nice if someone, anyone, actually DID something about it.
