I suppose a crowbar could lift it up, unless it’s laid in concrete or something? In that case a jackhammer could probably do it fine, but if you really wanna make sure it’s removed, you could drill a hole in the middle and put a bit of dynamite in and blow it apart.
Another fun fact is that once a star is there it’s there - no mechanism to get it removed.
