    How are the hospitals not getting sued for this alone?

      Wait, for real? Do they normally just give you a general cost and not specifying what makes it up? Non-american here

        Real answer, I’ve seen 2 bills from 2 different hospitals in the past 3 years.

        Without asking we were given an itemized bill each time.

      I suppose that this is the whole government system works this way, not only hospitals. So, suing them in current government system is useless. This is like some kind of a corruption.
