For me, i think app icon resize option in settings could be it

Extension Manager and Gnome Tweaks and Flatseal built into the Settings App.

Why do I have to visit extensions.gnome.org to get new extensions as we don’t have to go to apps.gnome.org to get new applications, now do we?
