    All weight loss diets are just social engineering imo. If you find a way to fool yourself into eating less good for you.

      Basically. Intermittent fasting actually means that I stopped eating too big of breakfasts or shit like donuts in the break room, drinking excessively sugary coffees, and binge-eating crap after dinner. That’s how the weight comes off.
