    To forgive, they need to be sorry. They’re not sorry.

    Most of them are writing fanfic about what happened (it was antifa! it was a tour! – psst it was a takeover but we’ll lie!). They never concede points in discussions (they don’t admit Biden won the election) so it’s hard to even understand what they actually believe.

    What do I hear? We need to make amends and reach over the aisle. Like FFS. I hope they’re the first that suffer from their own policies.

        As in, they don’t want to go to the effort of defending it? They don’t want to be put in the uncomfortable position of trying to justify what happened?

        I doubt their underlying beliefs have changed, they are just tired of having to deal with the fallout.

      We do need to make amends, but that can only come after they have taken responsibility for their actions.

    These people are why we have draconian courts to drag people through the consequences their own actions, kicking and screaming.
