Use ballot initiatives to change the state voting system to approval voting, STAR voting, or score voting, and require to use nearest split-line algorithm to draw all districts.

Democrats won’t do anything meaningful, they want this.
They’re doing everything possible to prevent ballot initiatives, and Florida is violating it’s own constitution to redistrict. The options are to take offices en masse, or lose.
