Authoritarian doesn’t just mean that there is authority.
Then what does it mean?
Yeah they also have to be a rival of the US and someone we can be racist at
But what else would it mean? There’s three different definitions I know of:
A: it’s not a real word
B: it’s when authority
C: it’s when not ruled by whitey
It’s for countries whose governments are called regimes
