I’m hoping it was a patient and not a radiologist catching up on their reading…or a surgeon prepping for the morning’s first surgery. Lincoln drive in Philly is a twisting, winding road. The speed limit is 25 mph, and you rarely encounter anyone going less than 50. This was pre-pandemic, and in my estimation drivers have gotten exponentially worse since then.
