I really like Breezy Weather. You can remove elements you don’t want and it seems to support rain notifications.
Thanks for the recommendation. I replaced my weather app with a FOSS one in the last few years, but with all he chaos in tech, I need to keep a few options on-deck. Breezy seems nice.
