      Okay so they actually do have dwarfism. That person is 16 years old and should be pretty close to their adult height.

      So they have dwarfism and are lying about their age

        Date of issue: 16th of April 2024

              I mean if you’re only using 2 digits then 1926 is gonna read the same as 2026, and there’s lots of people over 100 years old…

                  It would seem so, til.

                  There are numeric and alphabetic months, and 2 and 4 digit years, but seems to be dmy consistently.

                  So I suppose it’s only confusing to people who don’t know the secret rule of passports. Or if you have a 110 year old with dwarfism who looks 10.

            The point is to remove day/month ambiguity that would be present in numerals. Also, that French is always present, c’est toujours très important. The machine readable one is YYMMDD or YYYYMMDD
