The US: less electric cars, no high speed rail network, terrible infrastructure that’s crumbling but at least you have a war that made gas prices soar.
The wealthy have private jets so they don’t feel the need to pay taxes for infrastructure. Also our “states first” gov makes it very difficult to make anything that spans states like a high speed rail system.
