I dunno if Watts was quoting something, or made it up himself, but he caught heat for saying it (I had to go look it up because it’s pretty fucking obscure, and alli could remember was something about a cat).
If that’s not the connection, I hope OP clarifies what they think it means, because that’s alli could think of
Edit: unless the cat is totally unconnected, and whoever made the meme is commenting on something about Ms Watson’s unfortunate targeting as a sexual object long before she was adult. Or, I dunno, something obscure in their mind. Yeah, Watts had his whole social structure/game idea, it’s the connection to the image itself and the cat that’s confusing to me. Like, is the cat just there to obscure her underwear? Or is it related to the rest of the concept of the meme?
I can kinda see where it might be a condemnation of the very “game” of “wait until she’s 18” bullshit that people do to famous girls. But it might be the inverse, saying that the stalking of her was a game to be played, which is disgusting. Or, it could be something else that I can’t make mu insomnia addled brain wrap around.
