Military officials have warned that the armed services risk depleting funds for essential operations as early as this summer without congressional approval of a new wartime spending measure.
Naw, I just want Congress to hold him personally responsible for starting a war where there was never any threat and creating a situation where there now IS a threat, and hold him financially responsible for the payout.
