      Well, there may be other reasons, but this is the right one. It’s sad how many people don’t seem to know about it.

        I mean, drawing motivation from others is valid. I’m learning the drums because I want to be a great drummer, but it’s always easier to practice with others around. Impressing My partner is great motivation to improve. I want it to think I’m a sexy musician!

    I always enjoyed me some yo-yo. Then when I was in highschool it magically became super popular for a couple years. Had competitions and everything. I was the best at it, because apparently I was the only one in a school of thousands that had been playing with one for years. Never would have imagined the amount of cool points I’d get for barrel rolls and split the atom and loops. Crazy times.
