Serious question: Is it compatible? I was under the impression they were making a different type of RAM. I’m sure it will get cheaper after if they’ve increased production, but if it’s not compatible it might still be relatively expensive (still cheaper than now) for some time as supply catches up to suppressed consumer demand.
