We could definitely temp and humidity control everything to last, but we don’t. Your fridge might not, but I highly doubt you have to most expensive fridge they make in 2023… Just like the vast amount of people 70 years ago didn’t have one of those fridges… That part should be easy to understand, which is why I didn’t think I’d need to mention it

They’re out there, it’s just who wants to pay 10-20 thousand dollars for a fridge? I’m not “strong minded” about this. I’m just tired of people complaining about stuff they don’t understand.
