While the article claims it is satire, I think “trumporrhrea” has a nice ring to it. The new word could also be used for things coming out of the mouth of magats. I think I saw an article where someone also used it to name a new STD.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) on X where it was published by @LucasSa56947288 on July 13, 2026. It read:
