Right… So if the AI is getting better… the even less likely people are going to properly learn things so the Junior skill gap would be even harder to close… Surely?
I think it’ll become a higher level abstraction, you want to be able to identify patterns, get better at controlling agents, better at reading code, better at making tests, etc
Think about any other job that has been automated, what comes out of it? There are still people who build cars but they aren’t down on the shop floor welding
