Those memory sources aren’t going to instantly start pumping out consumer ram again. The chips used for AI are different, and they’ve moved most of their manufacturing capacity to that.
Hopefully the chip fabs got deposits for their orders, because when the bubble pops they might go under and then consumers are really screwed.
