Partially greed, sure. But at least partially, I’d assume it’s also the rising production costs. Tv shows nowadays have production levels comparable to movies just some years ago.
Which is completely unneeded. Just look at all the amazing content on Nebula (or the respective YouTube channels) for incredible content for incredibly low production cost.
