  • I started MonHunt on PS2, the very first one, it immediately hooked me in. At the time i’m looking for an MMO but offline and without the lag. It got monster to slap, thing to gather, quest to complete, weapon and armour to craft, pretty much fit the description on what i want, though i’m still a teenager at the time and i have no idea what the heck i’m doing, the game can be very non-descriptive at time. Also played monhunt 2 but skipped 3, and finally beat 4.

So basically it’s an MMO-like but 1-4 player, and you hunt giant monster while learning their move, then you carve up their corpse and craft new weapon with it. That’s it. But at the time the concept is so fresh people either hate it or love it.

  • They’re still looking for a purpose for Atlas iirc. While they have Stretch as a loading/unloading robot and Spot as a patrolling/surveying robot, Atlas has been the robot they’re developing for the longest time yet with a specific purpose. I’m assuming they’ll still use Atlas as a researching platform so they can transfer what they learn to making a more refined robot with specific purpose, while at the same time refining it to be as good as a bipedal robot can be.

  • We have it in Malaysia if the polling date is in weekdays, and we usually have general election on Saturday so most people have no reason not to vote. And even then, we have law that said employer cannot stop employees from going to vote and this is heavily enforced. Though our election is only one day, and once the polling station close, anything or anyone that arrive afterward is not counted

  • When people sit inside their car, there’s tend to be reason behind the doomscrolling other than simply doomsrolling. I caught myself doomscroll for a few minute inside my car before i start driving back home, and that’s because i hate the commute, but once i get back home i’ll get in immediately.

Phone just make it easier for us to escape whatever come afterward.
