Yeah I’m guessing the switch 2 is going to be the switch but slightly more powerful, using similar hardware to maintain compatibility with older switch titles. Meaning their new console is likely going to be able to be emulated at or very shortly after launch. Instead of competing on features, like upscaling, mod support, third party peripherals, etc, they’ve decided to sue people until the problem vanishes. So classic corpo Nintendo dumbshittery.

I own ToTK and 2 switches. I still emulate it. Nintendo your hardware is hot ass, your controllers have major drift issues, your online service is barely functional, and I don’t want to pay to back up my own goddamn saves.

I think that depends on how it was stored and if you have a way to dry it. I know some people will heat filament or use dessicant packs in an airtight container to restore old filament, but I’m not sure how effective those are since I haven’t tried any of them before.

Definitely would suggest getting new sealed filament for anything that requires tighter tolerances or parts that need to fit together though. The filament I had wasn’t breaking or making things look terrible, but it made the filament expand as the moisture boiled off in it, so the parts were all a tiny bit too big so no parts would fit together properly.

And many non-official uploads are let stay because somebody sent them a dmca and they chose to keep the video up but let monetization pay out to the org that copyright claimed the content. So the ancient “song name (hd)” video from cheeselicker9000 isn’t official but the record label likely gets paid for any ad revenue they make from it. Most labels just strike the non official stuff and upload their own nowadays though. I know when I did some youtube that was one of the options for a response, just letting the claimant take ad revenue and manage monetization.

Oh, this is like when I was in high school and made batch files that open themselves infinitely and named them “not a virus” on the desktop, only to enjoy other students immediately running them.

I don’t even have to torrent, I have like 3 sites I can just go to, search for content on, and stream video from like a shittier netflix. Adblock keeps them relatively sane, and I sometimes have to try different server sources, but otherwise it works fine.

I think canada explicitly includes 2S for two spirit since they have a lot of indigenous people to whom its culturally important, so it does seem longer than most cases where 2S ends up under the + umbrella.

Dorfromantic: chill satistying game about building a landscape out of tiles, and matching biomes/rivers to get more points.

Minecraft on peaceful: I like to do weird redstone projects in creative too.

Titanfall 2/old school shooters: its weird but I blast music and play stuff that I can do mindlessly. And for me that’s deathmatch style shooters, where there’s no objective or anything, the respawn time is short, and you just run aroind blasting stuff.

Open world games with time wasting sidequests: So most assassins creed games, corrupted zones/trials in HZD, wandering skyrim, etc.

Edit: forgot, Mario Kart, its just fun and silly and I don’t mind just doing dumb shit and coming in last, so long as I hit koopa troopa with all the red shells because its dumb and I’m attacking him with his own brethren!

I really hope they release Steam OS for everyone soon. I’d love to install it on my laptop, currently running ChimeraOS which is functionally very similar, but would love to have the stuff like tdp control working in the overlays too without needing third party tools or workarounds.
