I added a “Flexible Space” portion to the top and that allowed me to click and drag. Otherwise I had to use Alt+Space+M to make it moveable.

Maybe it’s the portable version I’m using, but I can’t figure out how to click and drag the window. There’s nowhere up top to grab and move to another monitor/shift around on the screen. Am I going crazy or is there a different way to move it around?
I’m not sure to be honest, it’s been awhile. Definitely slower than on my PC, but it was never long enough that I got frustrated. I was usually entering dungeons around the same time as other players. Not like it took long enough to load they already started running ahead without the healer.
It’s definitely massive - I’d guess at the 90GB+ number, but I don’t think it reached 150GB. I had it installed awhile back on an SD card and I didn’t experience many problems in the game. Just takes a little longer to load new places, but the gaming experience was still smooth.
Yesterday I went and got a pcie nvme adapter (my two motherboard slots are taken up by windows+gaming drive). Added in a 2TB to the adapter and installed Garuda linux - based on Arch.
So far it has been great. A couple little things popped up, like adding panels to the other two side monitors. But quick searches online and everything has been working very smoothly. I even put chrome on for work stuff so I don’t have to use the company-given laptop. – Side note, if anyone knows of a way to container that chrome install so work stuff is super separate, please share. –
Like another comment mentioned, some games won’t work either because of anti-cheat that isn’t enabled for linux, or just not good proton support. But for the most part I can still play 90% of the games I normally do: DRG, CS2, Darktide, battlebit, etc. Hopefully the times I need to reboot into windows are rare, because this has been a great experience. Way better than years ago when I tried to make the switch but gaming support just wasn’t where I needed it.
I have the newer M9. Really nice size for reading books and comics. I got the folio cover as well so I’ll just walk around and watch movies/shows while doing chores. It’s definitely not a fast tablet, but isn’t terrible either. Browsing the web is fine, but it feels faster using my pixel 6a instead. Best part, it has a micro SD card slot. I’ve loaded it up with books, comics, shows, and movies. Going on airplanes is great with it.
Have you tried this? I’m curious if it takes less time than OTA. It’s an actual Google-made site.
Ah, I really wanted to go the zenphone route, but when my pixel 3 (I think) died, I went the cheap avenue with a 6A. I was about to travel to Scotland and needed a decent phone at a reasonable price. If I had the funds I’d have gone with your choice.
Oh man I miss the PH-1. Mine got it’s screen cracked so I switched to Pixel. Just such a satisfying weight and size for it. But at the end the battery life was rough.
Maybe comic book stores look really similar, but that reminds me of Graham Crackers in the Chicago loop.
I’m the same way with Dot’s Original pretzels
What’s up fellow Flubs!
As many have said, Google has a good set of USB - earbuds. I recently switched to a paid of Sony C100 Bluetooth buds and they work great.
But the best USB-C earbuds I’ve used came from Essential (they made a phone years ago called the PH-1). The earbuds have amazing sound. The controls could be a lot better since it’s just one button - no volume rocker. If you constantly pull your phone out, the cord will get a bit tangled. But the sound… Whew I miss it. Also has a pretty universal earbud tip shape so you can replace with comply foam ear tips for comfort and noise reduction.
Do you have a recommendation for how OP can change things so you’re satisfied with your privacy?
Here’s another GUI tool that I used to migrate to my current instance. Kudos to both devs!
This is the same format of “source” my buddy would show me when he rambled on about COVID conspiracies. Or flat earth stuff. His source was always someone putting random images and text snippets together instead of a legit news/research source. We no longer talk about stuff and stick to literally nothing controversial.
